Today the world is no longer divided between those C Level Executive List who have a telephone and those who do not, but, increasingly, between those who have and those who do not have credit on their smartphones. Similarly, the world is divided not so much by access to communication technologies as by the ability to know how to surf the waves of this new C Level Executive List globalization of lifestyles and expectations.
